MAXIMUM CAPACITY:  6 People + 1 Child up to 2 years old

Guests will have at their disposal all the space surrounding the house (parking, garden, organic vegetable garden, terrace and swimming pool), as well as private access to the living/dining room, kitchen (with pantry), to the two bathrooms and the three bedrooms.
The surrounding space is shared with the owners, who live in the house next door.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation is only effective after receiving the payment form and confirmation. The reservation can be canceled or changed 14 days before the arrival date, without any additional costs. If the reservation is canceled between the 14th and the 7th day before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged. After this period, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT 

Check-in can be done from 16:00. Early check-in is subject to a €20 fee, subject to availability confirmation (only after 12:00).

Check-out must be done by 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to a €20 fee, subject to availability confirmation (maximum until 17:00).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The pool at Monte das Pedras is not guarded. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure the safety of people who cannot swim, especially children.

  • Pets are not allowed. If we verify the permanence of pets, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

  • Parties or events are not allowed.

  • It's not allowed smooking inside the house.

  • Reservations at Monte das Pedras are subject to a security deposit of €150, payable on the day of check-in . For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount to be applied is €250. The deposit amount is refunded in full up to 7 days after check-out, if no incident occurs.

  • Use of the house is limited to the number of guests specified in the reservation. If there is a stay of outsiders, without having been previously agreed with the management, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Upon analysis of the situation, the reservation may eventually be subject to an extra payment of €20 per night per adult and €10 per night per child (up to 12 years old).
